Meet Trevor Parhma, Founder & CEO of Oakstop; a Black owned and operated business that uses commercial real estate as a platform for community empowerment by providing workspace, meeting/event space, and creative space for entrepreneurs and communities of color.

This fireside chat will introduce the Capital in the Community Ecosystem, focusing on the crucial "last-mile" delivery of capital into underinvested communities. Featuring SPCC.1 Founder and CEO Alfredo Mathew III and The Greenlining Institute President & CEO Debra Gore, this conversation will delve into innovative strategies for channeling both public and private funds to foster sustainable and inclusive economic development. By examining the roles of social impact leadership and community-driven initiatives, the discussion aims to inspire actionable solutions that address systemic barriers and create lasting change.
